How we use your information
Olars Holding Limited collects personal information through this website only when you send it to us.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the subject of your enquiry and your message.
Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, any link you add (for example a professional profile), your covering letter and your CV, with the role you applied for.
Our server also sees your connection’s IP address when you send a form. We use it, in memory only, to stop the forms being flooded with messages; it is not stored or added to your message.
How we use it
Messages from the contact form are emailed to our team so we can reply to your enquiry. Applications are emailed to the people who handle recruitment so they can consider you for the role and, as you agree when you apply, for future roles. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing.
Services we use
The map on our contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when it shows the map.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. You may withdraw your consent to our keeping your application for future roles at any time. Email info@olarsholdings.com.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Commission.
